Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Labelyze, operated by Lefteris Varouxis (LV Media Group), Greece ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

1. Informational use only

Labelyze uses AI to read ingredient labels and give an ingredient quality score and dietary alerts. Results may be incomplete or wrong. They are informational, not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Always check the product label and ask a qualified professional about allergies or health conditions.

2. Accounts

You may create an account to save your scan history. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes 3 scans per month. Premium is a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial; after it ends, the subscription renews at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fair-use limits may apply to protect service stability.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, reverse engineer it, or upload unlawful content.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on scan results, including any reaction to a food product.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
